All sales/transactions are final. Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, if product or product received is incorrect, a refund will be issued on Source’s assessment.
It is mandatory to file a claim within 2 working days after receipt of the incorrect product.
You must submit the claim form with complete information and include the picture of the incorrect product as proof.
A refund will be made to the buyer as per payment cycle after the claim has been resolved.
